You are unique. This is a theme that runs through all my work, coaching, my book Succeed in Sport and Personal Nutrition courses. Contrary to what much marketing and government guidelines tell us, one size does not fit all. The Personal Nutrition course is not a diet, it's a journey of discovery. Starting with tests to learn your metabolic type, you can provide your body with the foods it really needs. Because we are not all the same, our nutritional needs are not all the same.

 

Metabolic Typing

At a biochemical level, people are very different. This affects their nutritional needs. No one diet is good for everyone. The genetic pool in Britain is so mixed that you can't guess your type, you need to test it. You will only experience optimal health when you eat a mix of foods that meets your own needs.

Nutrition is fundamentally important to all of us whether in business or in sport. We cannot function unless we are healthy and our health depends on the raw materials we use to build and fuel our bodies. You really are what you eat!

  • £125 per person in a group, £280 for 1 to 1

The Personal Nutrition approach does not attempt to diagnose or 'cure' any specific medical complaint. Instead, by supporting the whole body and improving general health and strength, many existing health problems simply disappear.
