I began coaching in 2002, firstly as a manager to develop my staff and facilitate their work. Coaching has become my passion through working with more and more people around the country. It is amazingly effective and the success of my clients in achieving their goals never fails to delight me. I started my own coach practice to increase my opportunities for that buzz as I see people succeed.

With an underpinning belief in the potential of the individual, may aim has always been to develop the competence and confidence of my people and see them progress in their careers. Working with people who have diverse ways of looking at life is an enriching experience. Human performance, behaviour and interactions are a different type of science from the physics and chemistry I loved as a child, and just as fascinating.

Most of my career has been in safety and management. Now I can bring coaching into my work and take my management experience out into my coaching.
