Examples of some of these applications for which I have coached people are:

Strategy and decision making; including work with company directors on clarifying future direction for their companies.

Personal performance and effectiveness; including work with a department manager who improved the running of his team, addressed prioritisation and planning and improved his work-life balance.

Another individual estimated that he had improved the quality of his reports as well as increasing the efficiency of production by 400%.

Leadership development and Interpersonal skills; including a manager who developed new skills to improve the way that she worked with her own team and with senior management.

Coaching used in conjunction with a profiling tool enabled two individuals in conflict to work together effectively.
